MTN is gowing downhill fast

I have been struggling for moths to get mtn to see some of my payments. I have gone to the store. I have phoned, their service goes down frequently with no explanation. They de**** double amounts, no amount of calling sorts it out. I just cannot do it anymore. I really am at my patience end. Once the store was closed in business hourse with no reason given.
