MTN IS GONE PATHETIC!!

My data kicked in today at 12 midnight. When I signed up for the contract it was 1gb a month. Never was I said it 500mb in the night and 500mb in thr day. Mtn send me an sms stating I got credited with only 500mb when i called them., firstly they tell me from the space of 12 to 10 I used my night mb of 450mb(utter ****!) secondly when I ask to speak to a manager there isn't any around which is pathetic. Mtn was the leading network now they just pathetic and ********* I regret taking my contract upgrade with them. They have people working who don't understand simple stuff like my phone is connected to my wifi so how exactly is my mobile data been used up? From a customer who loved Mtn I absolutely hate it now
