MTN Is Full of Nonsense I am sick and tired of them

I took a cellphone contract with MTN in june and.it was approved and the phone was delivered, However the.phone was nor.the.one I.had orders so.I.took it back to.MTN without opening the.packages and.asked them to cancel my contract or deliver the.right phone, till today MTN have.been debited R549 by MTN which makes my sick I have called them so many.time went back.to the store.that took the phone but still no help this is unfair and not right . Sort this out ASAP
