MTN IS FULL OF ****MERS

I had a cellphone contract with MTN which was handed over to VERICRED last year March, I made a payment arrangement with VERICRED and Made my first payment on the 20th of March. My last payment was on the 22nd of September. I never missed even a single payment. On the 6th of October 2025, MTN withdrawn my account from VERICRED and never Informed me, when I call VERICRED, they say my account was withdrawn on the 06th Of October 2025. When I call MTN they are telling me, my account is still with VERICRED. I would like to know why my account was withdrawn from VERICRED when I never missed even a single payment. Which debt collectors my account has been handed over.
