MTN IS **********LY DEDUCTING money 9 MONTHS after top-up contract ended. No help from their 808 number or their Branches. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

<p>MTN is deducting money from my bank account even though my number was migrated to prepaid 9 months ago. They still have not responded to my emails or previous Hellopeter complaint. Their branches wont help me either. So I have to continue to pay for services I did not subscribe to because MTN WON'T HELP ME. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today another debit order went through from MTN SP. Who gets billed and has money deducted from their bank account while being on the Prepaid Plan? </p> <p> </p> <p>MTN Please do not respond to me with your generic response because it really is irritating. If you are going to respond to this complaint, explain why you are *****ing money from me instead of promising to get back to me because I know you won't do that.</p>
