MTN is **********

my father took a contract phone for my brother with MTN and with the application requested insurance for the phone. MTN did not put the insurance in place, and for months now we have been trying to get them to insure the phone only to be told that they do not insure phones that are older than 30 days. No one seems to knopw why the phone was not insured innitially when the insurance was requested. after calling the call centre numerous times only to have our calls dropped, we are yet to receive any feedback from MTN. it seems like they are running a ********** business, i have sinced advised my father to request a settlement figure for the phone and cancel the contract as they are unable to service their clients efficiantly.
