MTN IS *****ING ITS CLIENTS & ******** THEM

Opened an account with MTN store at greenstone mall & as soon as l got my second contract phone,I was *****ed the following day (9/12/2020).I saw the debit sky rocketing and when l went to inquire about it and found that there is a third phone that l didnt know anything about.MtN then told me in February that the case has been closed.Little did l know the **** continues.To date l am being billed & charged the amount of the phone they claim they removed from my account.MTN has failed to render me services accordingly,MTN can not bill me correctly,someone is not doing their job & sort this out but now l am being referred to Debt collectors services who are threatening me as if l cant pay my account.I regret ever setting my foot at MTN,Poor insultive service,all they do is refer you to call 135 and give you a thousand references that are not followed up.MTN has become a thorn in my life,it’s ruining my credit score & mtn has the audacity to have the VVM credit collectors to be rude & threaten me. Mtn has failed me dismally for 6mnths and has become one of my life stressors.l am being tossed around on the phones & am not getting any help towards this bill matter.Now that MTN has the ability to reach & give VVM authority to be on my case instead of doing its job l demand that it follows up on this matter.I am so frustrated & disappointed by these acts.This has gone far too long.stop ******** your clients
