I’m am so disappointed at the “Bozza Network”. Isn’t it that if a person opens a contract online, when the device gets delivered an ID is required? There’s a contract opened under my ID which I know nothing about and I can’t even reverse the stupid debit order. For as far as know my Vodacom always request proof of address and copy of ID when a contract was opened online. I am truly appalled and irritated!!!
