MTN IS FINANCIALLY ABUSIVE

I purchased MTN cash out vouchers from MTN MOMO APP and I never received the voucher via SMS. This was on Sunday and I phoned them , I was told they can only attend my query on Monday since their financial back office is not working on weekends. I phoned again on Monday and they said it will take 24hours. Today it's been 96 hours and still my money has not been credited back to me which is R1000.00 I feel so defeated because they are feeling entitled to hold my own money which I work very hard for due to "technical error" from their own side. I want South Africa at large to stop using MTN APP, it's a **** .
