MTN is ****

They give ****ty and ridiculous service, first of all I was told when taking out my contract that for the month of September I won’t pay and at the end of October 2 debit orders will be deducted one for the month of October and one for future debit orders that I will miss upon calling in due to the fact that I made a mistake on my app and left my out of data bundles on and my I owed them a R1903.00 I asked them can I used from that extra debit order to use to bring down the amount I owed them and then was told that it was used for September as I didn’t pay which confused me because for the month of September I was promised a month free. Second instance is that end of last month (April) I agreed to pay the full R1903.00 on the 25th half of the amount went off on my account and again the 27th however on the 27th the amount that went off bounced back into my account, an amount of R951, since the start of May my account has been suspended due to their error and mistake I cannot make contact with the customer service and when going into store I am being demanded to pay the outstanding amount. I am furious as in the time from the start of May to current I have not had any connection and in that time my mother has been admitted to hospital which I did not have data for anyone to contact me or get hold me and upon entering my home I was informed this is really ridiculous that I can’t contact anyone to get this situation sorted, no agent contacted me to ask me for the amount and I am being demanded to pay the outstanding amount when you guys made the error of bouncing it back into my account when there was more than enough money left in my account to pay the debt. I am furious, upset and utterly disappointed that a service provider that claims they one of the best give one the best ****ty service I have ever experienced. MTN you guys are utterly useless and I would not recommend you to anyone and anyone who do decide to go with MTN please don’t they not worth your time or energy.
