Mtn is falling to deliver my router yet I have payed

Mtn manager's or logistics department must do something about dsv delivery company, this company will make them loose clients as I'm one of them who's going to cancel my oder as it's been two weeks without my package which I did pay for and even today they can't deliver is it because we staying in townships?
