MTN is falling

I have tried to resolve my queries with MTN since February 2022. They claim that they have a complaints department and we should not post on Hello Peter. However numerous calls have been dropped! There is no way of resolving this query and it’s getting to a frustrating level. I’ve visited MTN branch stores and call customer care so many times with false promises being made. I am extremely disappointed as I have been a contract holder for more than 15 years and this is the first time I have experienced such poor service.
