Mtn is failing us

I was overcharged on the right package i get. For them to resolve it, they keep on denying and trying to convince me thats what i wanted. Why would i apply for a 5gb at R300 Whereas the ad says R199. Please be careful when you aplly for these packages. They only care about business, not the actual people bringing the business.
