MTN is failing

Mtn is charging me for a router that was never used and sent back to because it had no connection for my area. They are failing to resolve my query since October 2022 and every time I call they say they are fixing it. I have a phone contract with them for 9 years now and they keep on suspending my services because of the that balance.
