Mtn is exploiting me

I finished off paying my phone with a contract I had with Mtn. I’ve been trying to cancel it since October last year. And of course I’ve been given the run around, I go in store and they claim they can’t cancel in store and to phone 134 which they never answer.

They switched off my number and I think it’s weird I’m accumulating arrears with a number that’s not even on. I tried emailing in December they still haven’t gotten back to me.

I’d give them a negative if that was possible. I want out of Tia contract I’ve pId everything ***
