MTN is ****en useless, outrageous Service :)

why am I being billed R400 for a contract that was cancelled on 20th September 2021 and all payments concluded on the 25th of October 2021?

when you call customer care they just keep bouncing you around different consultants as if no one knows what they even ****en doing. reference numbers being opened and closed without even informing the customer why is the ticket being closed, *** *** ***

I have had 3 ticket numbers in the last 24 hours, but the issue is still not resolved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
