Mtn is ****!!!!!

I am so angry!!! I went to apply for a new cellphone contract at mtn and was told that they can't help cos there's an open order on my name which I know nothing about. Was told I need to call mtn online to cancel this before I can get a new contract, I wasted so much money on airtime calling mtn and was sent from pillar to post , not to mention the long waiting time until I ran out of airtime. I am angry cos I NEVER app**** for any open order but now have to waste so much money on airtime to cancel nonsense that I had nothing to do with. Mtn call centre is USELESS!!!!!
