MTN is DUMB

This is a warning to all mtn contract holders, do not. I repeat do not upgrade your mtn contract via the telephone, as painful as it may seem, rather go into a store near you and upgrade there. I did the above and am now unable to get a copy of my contract/invoice for warranty purposes. I have been trying to get mtn to provide me with my contract for over 2 weeks now. Mtn took away the website where you can access your contracts, when phoning in they are unable to provide me with my contract as they "mtn"didnt sell me my phone it was sold via a shop in KZN and only they can provide me with my contract, well I am in JHB, as they seriously expecting me to drive to KZN to get my contract from MTN?????? zTo whom I am contracted with, not some shop in KZN. So now i have no way of getting my contract so I can not get my phone reparied under warranty. I have logged a complaint with MTN, whether they get back to me or not is a different story. If I am unable to get my phone repaired due to MTN not being able to provide me with a copy of my contract/invoice, i will need to escalate the matter further via the ounbadsman. So people be warned! DO not upgrade via telephone.
