MTN is dropping the ball (customers)

I am so frustrated with MTN, I am at a point of collapse. On the 15th and 19th September I bough data through their MTN app, as I have been doing since 2024, but this time MTN pulled a fast one on me, to this day I have not receiced what I paid for. 2 payments and 3 call to the call center, and 2 reference numbers later, I still have not received what I paid for. Even worse, their call center agents provide differing explanations as if they are from different MTN's.
