MTN is DOWN on my phone!!!

MTN is DOWN on my phone!!! It shows Emergency calls only! I am not the only one complaining in Cape Town today have a look here: https://downdetector.co.za/status/mtn/ - 400 + Reports since 2:30PM today. Please help!
