MTN is ***** AF

I've been trying to cancel my MTN contract for the past two weeks now. Its either I get put on hold for the longest time or they tell me they experiencing an error on their side. I've even driven to an MTN store to get assistance and I was told that they do not do store cancellation. Asked the gentlemen to assist me in getting ahold of customer care and he made the call and I spoke to a lady on the line very hopefully that I was finally able to reach them. The lady questioned me about why I was cancelling, which I explained. She then tried to offer me more MTN deals to stay on the contract which I kept refusing, then she tells me that she's experiencing an error with her system and that she'd need to transfer me to another consultant. as I waited, the line got cut off.. how convenient!! I am so annoyed honestly. I've been calling this damn network everyday, with no luck!
