MTN IS DISHONEST - DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTS!!!

I have at least 5 contracts with MTN and recently a few of them have become due for an upgrade. I started receiving emails from MTN with offers for my upgrade. Amongst the offers, one of them is a 120GB ANYTIME date contract for R249/m (sim only) and another is 400GB ANYTIME data for R499/m (sim only). The email stated that I could either go to an MTN store, visit the MTN online store, or call *** to upgrade. I went to the MTN store at Mall @ Reds to upgrade to one of the packages above but neither of them were available. I spoke to Mbali, who said that the package is not available in store, I should call MTN. I showed her the email to check if it was **** and she confirmed that it was from MTN. I then called MTN on *** and the agent told me that they also don't have these packages and I should order them online on the MTN store. I then went onto the MTN online store and these packages were not there either! So how am I supposed to upgrade to these packages if no avenue of MTN offers them? Why does MTN send me false information on emails and waste my time if they don't actually have such packages? Please don't SPAM me with nonsense if you are not willing to offer the products in your advert!! I want an answer from MTN on this AND I want the package that was advertised, otherwise I am going to escalate this matter to ICASA.
