MTN is disgusting

I called mtn this morning from my office and held on for 18 mins until I drop the call . I then called from my cell and held on for 32 mins on they landlind number, which someone picks up and put you back in the que. This is sad. Service is gone to the dogs in this country, Just like the light and water problems. This country is a joke ,like mtn is.
