MTN is Disappointing!!

Hi, unfortunately there's no zero on this rating but I'm very disappointed with the customer service received from MTN in Centurion Mall. I was provided incorrect information and when I came back I was told to wait because the teller was busy yet there was no customer being assisted. I am very appalled by the service I receives. All they said was "this is a very good question, but you're asking the wrong person" I mean what is that. I regret porting to this stupid network. What's worse when I sent a query through their website they respond in their own time. I'm done with network!! Employees not helpful at all, they just give you numbers to call..
