MTN IS DE*****ING YOUNG PEOPLE IN SA

Good day,<br> <br> I don't know what to do, I current being threatened with black listing by MBD pty ltd (MTN's Debt collector) <br> <br> I purchased a two cell phones from MTN, on contract, one of the phones was defective, so I returned the phone and the told me it was fixed, till a month later the phone just switched off, I was still paying off my accounts on time, then when I returned the phone for the third time, i requested to be given a brand new phone, my plea fell to deaf ears.<br> <br> So Gave MTN their phone back, requested that they stop deducting payment for the one phone, they refused to do so, so stopped paying the account.<br> <br> Months went by, MBD consultant gave me a call, asked that i pay my account, I explained my position, the MBD consultant assured me that if I make payment, they will sort the matter out and will just pay for the one phone.<br> <br> This didn't materialize, after making the payment, I was asked to make further payments and the account will remain in tact. I refused to make the payment, this lead to them Black Listing me.<br> <br> I just competed my studies in accountancy this, I'm starting with a training contract next year, I have a good future ahead of me, but this will bad for my c
