Mtn is deceiving

This may not be the best forum to take to however i feel it necessary that people should know why they shouldn't do business through what i believe was a 3rd party marketing company, especially telephonically as i feel duped by these sketchy consultants who will tell you anything to make a sale. I was mislead into believing that my data contract would not be changing and merely upgraded on the 14th of December 2020 as the consultant didn't fully disclose the particulars of my upgrade and assured me that everything would reman the same to which i agreed but to my surprise what I'd received was nothing close to what i had previously been paying for on-top of that they felt it necessary to increase my monthly fee without disclosing that either so now I'm paying more than i was for less than what i was initially receiving all i've asked is that they undo this and revert me back to my previous package and that i'll upgrade in store when the time comes as this was a special deal i had taken in store and if you are unable or unwilling to assist or at-least accommodate i should be notified and informed accordingly I'm writing this now as i fear that with the delays brought on by the holiday season this may evolve into an irreparable situation and left unsatisfied my request is simple either put me back on my previous package as per my contract which is to expire on the 14th of February 2021 or match my current package as per our telephonic agreement if not you may terminate our agreement as i feel being a loyal customer for more than 6 years warrants little to no respect from the likes of MTN
