MTN is dead.
From unexpected high bills - triple what I would normally pay - to giving me false information about upgrade dates and then finally being told that MTN cannot offer me anything on an upgrade.
Not to mention the joke of no specials for black friday, or specials that are more expensive than the base packages from the week prior.....
Its now time for this 20 plus years MTN customer to go to Vodacom.
Goodbye MTN.
