MTN is day light ******s.

I had a 36 month contact, it ended on the 16th March 2026. I went to the MTN stores on the 21st March 2026, saying to them do not auto renew my contract (which they do). Then 1st April came and I got charged for the device and contract still, I called in and was told "Oh that is the last months bill". I said ok, which I found strange... fast forward came the 1st May 2026 and I got charged again. I called in and was told I only cancelled my contract on the 21st March 2026 and by the 16th April 2026 it was cancelled so I need to pay this still. Why if my contracted ended on the 16th March 2026 and did not sign or renew anything. This is day light *******. They refusing to give me my money back as I should have done it 30 days prior. Why??? My contract ended, did not renew it.
