MTN is ****

I handed my Apple phone in for repairs, was told that the process would take 21 days???? anyway I am now 65 days in and the Farrarmere MTN branch has now told me they have not even started the repair yet as they lost the phone. I shouted, I emailed and up till today all I get is a lot of nonsense with no timeline on when I will get it back. I am absolutely disgusted with the service, Phiri and Reuben at the branch are just full of lip service and nothing else. Wake up MTN
