MTN IS COMMITTING ***** ON CUSTOMERS PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

I Nontathu Bawana, Id no: ***, would like to report that I've been de*****ed by MTN, the system reflect I bought two Huawei Nova cellphone which were delivered to someone in Durban . I used to have a contract with MTN which I paid up last year 2022 and have a proof of payment confirming the account having been paid up.

Last week I went to MTN at Welkom mall where I was told that I owe MTN an amount of R20 000.00 , I was very shocked , when I queried this they told me to call an MTN lawyer on *** of which they refused to call the Lawyer for me.

MTN IS A DISGRACE FOR ALLOWING THEIR STAFF TO SELL TWO CELL PHONES USING MY NAME , PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS IT IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT RECORD.
