MTN is committing ***** AND *******!!!!!!

I have never in my life had an MTN account at any period yet I have been debited R776 by MTN. This is complete *****!!! I checked with my bank and they said that MTN had registered an account in my name. I DO NOT HAVE an account with MTN. This is *******!!!! This is affecting my credit record. I never authorized any account with MTN. The debit order reference is below.
