MTN is CLUELESS

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I upgraded my account from R449 to R1269. Now I am billed R1737. Phoned yesterday 3 times.

Was told it is fixed and amount end of Aug is R1269. Phoned again to confirmed, now a completely new amount. Do any one know what is going on at MTN!!!
