MTN is Cheating Cutomers

<p>Yes, In the name os good service MTN is cheating its cutomers who had their mobile phones covered by their insurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>MTN is outsoursed their insurance to a third party company called Pinnacle Marketing and they dont want to address the customers conserns. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'v lost my Iphone 7 128gb Balck color phone, When my claim is in process I've requested them to give me a call if they cant find a same color of the phone then give me an option to choose from what they have(I specifically asked for the Black color phone and also specifically told I cannot take the Jet Black phone. I also explained the claime administrator the reason for it ). Then they said they gonna try to get Black color phone and if they dont find one they said they will give a call to me to choose a color. But now they sent me Jet black Iphone 7 128gb with out contacting me.</p> <p> The point I want to make is not that didn't get a phone which I wanted, but I got the phone which I didn't wanted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I accept the fact that Jet Black is a limited edition phone, but it is prone to get scraches on the outer body very easily, there are many incidents across the world. This is a fact agreed by the Apple, and the same is mentoned on the website also. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
