MTN is chasing us to VODACOM

I acknowledge that I live in the "bundus" (Kranskop/Maphumulo, KZN area) - but honestly! The cell reception with MTN over the last two months has been **********. The instant there's load shedding, the cell service cuts out. But even worse, when there is reception, it's CRAWLING. I have no idea if MTN has simply given up on more rural areas, but it their service is shocking. While travelling between Kranskop and Stanger, there is now virtually no MTN service at all. Now, being on holiday in Ballito one would imagine cell service would be smooth sailing, but YEESH, MTN! What's with you guys?! Are you determined to lose customers?? It's almost as bad as being in the bundus! Be better, or we're moving on to Vodacom! (really irate customers)
