MTN is causing credit score issues!!!

Due to this entire messup with the accounts not allocating my payments to MTN it is reflecting bad on my credit score aswell as the wrong amount owing!!

This intern prevents me from applying for a home loan-whitch in turn prohibits me from getting a home for me and my family!!!

When is MTN going to sort this out????
