Mtn is careless in it's conduct.

This company keeps charging me monthly premiums for the contract I have cancel more than 2months. They say it is a standard precedure to wait 30days before the cancelation of a contract.

My contract was due for upgrade, I do not want to upgrade and simply instructed them to cancel but they refused and keep debiting my account.

I hate their service and customer service. If I could I would cut ties with immediate effect. Mtn is a mediocre maaaaan
