Mtn is bull**** of a network

Mtn doesn't give a damn about it prepaid customers the weekend from I have been contacting mtn but I'm not getting any help. I have data but I can't connect to anything to the internet they have been telling me to restart my phone and I have been doing that but it's not working now I have to connect to wifi to access anything on the internet. They not even responding to my emails.
