Mtn is bull****

I wish there was a zero rating because wow mtn mall of the south is ****. I went there on Monday to do a sim swap for my contract sim and I was told they are offline and must check them in an hour. I did so only to find that they are still offline. I went there again today and same story. The annoying thing is I can’t do it online, I was told I need to go to mtn shop
