MTN is bull****.

Good day, I have a data contract with MTN for the past two years with no problems now two weeks ago they called because I was due for an upgrade. The upgrade that we spoke about and agreed on was 240 GB, which meant 120GB day and 120GB at night and also came with a router. Now the deal that they gave me is 40GB which is 20GB day and 20GB night, I have been calling MTN since last week to rectify the problem and they give me the run around because they say the company that did the upgrade is called Empowered-Outsource. This company I cannot get hold of, they don't have the company's number they gave me only the email address which they haven't responded to from last week till now. I am not happy with MTN at all, this deal is not what we agreed on and now if I try to terminate the contract I must pay R1 500,26. This is bull****.
