MTN IS BIG ****MER
It's disheartening to see how MTN is insisting on charging me for services I no longer use. I had a contract with MTN from December 2020 to December 2022, and in January, I specifically requested the cancellation of my contract as I no longer wanted their service. To my surprise, I now find myself owing MTN a staggering amount of 7K. The frustrating part is that I've been trying to contact their customer service without any success. Their lack of response and unwillingness to address my concerns, focusing solely on extracting money from me and tarnishing my reputation, is truly disappointing. MTN's behavior is far from professional.

Despite sending emails and attempting to contact them by phone, I have not received any response. It is particularly frustrating because my contract has ended but they seem to be avoiding addressing the issue. I am concerned that they are trying to take advantage of the situation. As a result my name is now listed under bad records. If anyone has any advice or can help me reach MTN or prove their *****ulent behavior, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
