MTN is beyond useless and their customer service is non-existent

If I could give MTN a minus 1000 rating, I would. I had ***** perpetrated on my account and opened both a police and a ***** case (REQ***). This case was closed without my knowledge. MTN canceled my debit order despite explicit instructions not to. I opened a query (REQ***) to establish why the debit order was stopped. I discovered today that further ***** has been perpetrated against my contract with Me2U transfers despite that number supposedly being blocked by the ***** department, and nobody will give me the name of a senior ***** manager. MTN only has permission to deduct the contract amount from my account, nothing more! They persist in allowing *****ulent activity on my account. This is unacceptable and is outright theft. I am ready to storm into their offices and raise merry hell. The call centre staff have zero interest in helping customers and sound bored when you talk to them.
