MTN is becoming trashy!🚮

I’ve been an MTN customer for years,had contract phones by them. Recently decided to get a new phone,I immediately notified the agent/MTN to use my prepaid number as the contract number because I didn’t want to change numbers,it’s be 4months now,with no assistance,I’ve called and they said my request has been done,please mind you,I am paying for minutes and data that I haven’t used!!! I am very angry,their customer line makes you choose numbers knowing very well that we won’t go through,one agent better call me otherwise I might as well cancel this contract!
