Mtn is becoming a problem

I've been using mtn for years, even though i had a few problems but now i feel like it's time to let go.... My mom and I we have contract phones with mtn so last year my mom decided to add a 3rd contract by buying me a new phone for my birthday which is 2 p30lite hauwei phones..... So as soon as i got mine which was in August i used it for music nd taking pix thats it.... In December it started acting up, when i called people they cudnt hear me but i cud hear them.... So bcz i didn't want any problems it was new nd only 4 months old i took it back to mtn till this day 4 months later i still haven't received any feedback but every month mtn deducts its money..... No communication nothing

Please do better, and if the problem is hauwei, i don't have a contract with hauwei, i have a contract with mtn

What happened to warranty???
