mtn is bad news

this is so frustrating,MTN promised to allocate my payments within 7 days but now its more than 14 days now and still am not getting any joy. the below is the mtn feedback. Good day Kindly note that allocation will be done. thanks

they haven't done it yet they promised that it will be sorted in 7 days,MTN when are my payments going to be allocated , this is affecting my credit record .i need someone to help me to sort this out.
