MTN IS BAD NEWS
The amount of my monthly debit order is R 842.50. End of February I was informed that due one or other problem February`s would only be for the amount of R 506.01, which is r 336.49 less than the R 842.50. I was then informed that the short payment will be added to the debit order for March. The March debit order was for R 1 301.50. It should have been R 1 178.99 ( R 842.50 plus R 336,49). Therefor over payment of R 122.51. Despite numerous requests for the R 122.51 to be refunded, they just ignored my requests. They are milking their clients. I will not do an update with them again. I am client since 1994. THEY ARE BAD NEWS

But there is still an overpayment of R 122.51.
R842.50 monthly debit order as per contract (THAT IS MY MONTHLY INSTALLMENT)
R842.50 plus R 336.49 (short payment previous month) = R1178.99 and not R1301.50.
THEREFOR THE OVERPAYMENT IS R122.51. I DID NOT AGREE TO ANY INCREASE IN MY MONTHLY INSTALLMENT OF R842.50 FOR WHAT EVER SERVICE WAS ADDED TO MY CONTRACT WITHOUT MY CONCENT I WANT THE R122.51 TO BE REFUNDED.
