MTN is BAD in Protecting Customer's Accounts, Documents and Profiles

MTN is still dragging feet saying they will investigate the internal ***** that happened under my account, i still get statements saying i should pay whereas i gave them all the information they needed . This has a bad influence under my credit score and cant do a thing now all my plans are frozen
