Mtn is bad

I ordered a phone last week Wednesday (online) it was very easy and I was very happy as I need the phone urgently until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Dsv came to deliver the order but the problem was the fingerprint scanner. They tried it 3 times but still it was unsuccessful. They said that they should return the product and I should call mtn to ask for a manual delivery (this was Monday) I contacted mtn but got no help, when I call they transfer me to thousands postal till they drop. On Tuesday I woke up and went to the mtn store in Harrismith but still wasn't helped, I've been calling and getting no help. Mtn is a ****. When you buy something they help you but when there's trouble they ignore. I've been calling nobody is helping why is mtn like this? If they cannot they should cancel cause I need it urgently
