MTN IS BAD!!!!!!

Good day. I'am on a contract with mtn lte internet. Myinternet speed is so slow that I cant even open my emails. I phone them a lot of times. The excuse is normaly the tower is of. So the tower is for the past 6 moths that I phone them off. I phone them on the 4th of October again, they then give me a Ref no: SMC/*** and said they came back to me in 24 houers I'am still waiting for them to came back to me 6 days later. Some of the phone nummbers they give to me does not exist.

Is there someone that can help me to fix my internet speed. They also said I must do a sim swap and I did. They said I must get a other router and I did. I did ask for a technican phone number but no joy.

Please Please can you help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
