MTN is *****!!!

I downgraded my contract in March 2025. My new contract should be R199 per month. Since then every month was a different story. April and May I paid almost R700 and this month R267 was deducted and I received a message to say my number will be blocked to make outgoing calls because I did not pay R398. It is useless to speak to the call centre because uuummm and mmmm and tell you a bunch of BS. Why 3 months later am I still paying all this money MTN!!!
