MTN IS ATROCIOUS

Worst company to deal with. They are quick to offer deals but poor in resolving queries when you cancel the contract. MTN has still not resolved my query. I received a bill again for a contract that expired in Feb 2019. Numerous contact with them on different platforms including email does NOT help. Going to the store is also a waste of time. I have resolved to go park at their head office until someone listens
